Welcome to Prints of the Punjab. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian's permission) to use this site.
You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

3. Products and Orders

  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order.

  • Images of products are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in [GBP]

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Shopify).

  • We do not store your full payment information.

5. Cancelation and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied when booking to attend a workshop. Our pricing is competitive As a small business we need to make you aware of our refund and cancelation policy:

  • We will offer a full refund if you cancel 28 days before a workshop. 

  •  We will always try and accommodate you into the next convenient workshop should you need to cancel after the 28 days deadline.

  • 7 days before a workshop (or less than that) we will be unable to offer you a refund however we will be able to offer you 1/2 price at the next workshop you are able to attend 

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If we need to cancel a workshop

In the unlikely event if we need to cancel a workshop we will make every effort to find another tutor to run the workshop and inform you of the change, but if are unable to do that we will contact you at least 24 hours prior to the workshop and offer you the option of an alternative workshop or give you a full refund or offer a credit voucher to attend another workshop within 12 months from date of issue.

We cannot be liable for any other expenses you may have incurred as a result of this cancellation 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may occasionally contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
